Description: James manages the loan origination efforts with an extensive network of professional intermediaries. He developed an acute understanding of the SME market in his role as CEO of Pantheon Financial Ltd, one of the UK's largest IFA groups which he founded in 2000, subsequently selling it to Friends Life in 2007. James remained as CEO throughout Friends Life tenor and repurchased it back in 2010. James started his career in stockbroking before moving onto the financial planning industry.
Description: Antoine founded SME Capital in 2014 and brought together an executive team, each adding value through their respective fields of expertise. In addition to driving the strategy of the company on a daily basis, Antoine co-manages investor relationships and supervises the development of the technology at the heart of our business.
Antoine was previously employed by ING Bank in London where he focused on bond origination and structuring. His credit related experience ranges from emerging market and high yield listed bonds to arranging complex debt private placements directly between borrowers and Institutional investors across different geographies. Prior to debt capital markets, he worked in ING's M&A and ?Event Finance? capital restructuring departments. Antoine holds a Master's degree in Management (Finance) from Boston University.
